My name is Chris McClure and I am an independent certified coach, trainer, and speaker with The John Maxwell Team. I have over 15 years experience in leading and managing volunteers and paid staff. My mission and  passion is to help you become the best version of yourself by discovering your God-given purpose and equipping you for success.

My goal is to come alongside you in your personal and professional development journey and add value with integrity. I believe that no matter what business you are in, we are all in the PEOPLE BUSINESS! Winning with people and influencing them will determine your personal success.
